New fun tonight as we tried to drop the Inter-cooler. Followed wrong directions on removing front bumper (a 5 minute job, supposedly) and didn't get much past that. Discovered new-fangled electrical clip connections are brittle with the last harness connection to bumper. Is there an easy fix to a broken harness clip?

Discovered extensive rust behind front bumper. Will grind and seal before replacing bumper.

Saabnet.com posters were curious about other end of Turbo. Here's a pic. I may take it apart to inspect the entrails after we get this on the road.
